With growing demand for our As-a-Service and Flexible Resourcing offerings, we’re looking to hire a Contract Recruitment Consultant to help us deliver high-quality interim solutions across our Client base. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in building outcome-focused, IR35-compliant project teams for some of the most forward-thinking businesses in the market.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing and delivering contract and interim solutions across a broad range of Client requirements; spanning architecture, delivery, change, data, security, and more. This role is about more than filling jobs. You’ll work closely with our Directors and Clients to scope needs, shape the best approach (SOW, time & materials, or milestone-based), and ensure every placement drives value.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering high-quality contract resourcing solutions across a variety of business and technology domains.
  • Partnering with Clients to shape resourcing strategies, provide market insight, and advise on IR35 and engagement models.
  • Managing the full contract lifecycle; from sourcing and onboarding to performance and extension.
  • Building and nurturing a high-quality talent network of Contractors and Associates.
  • Supporting business development activity through excellent delivery and proactive opportunity spotting.

What we’re looking for

  • A proven background in contract recruitment, ideally across multiple domains (tech, change, data, security, architecture, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of IR35 legislation and experience managing inside and outside determinations.
  • Organised, delivery-focused, and able to operate with pace and precision.
  • A trusted communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Proficient with modern ATS and CRM tools.
