We are looking for a Faculty Administrator.
Salary: £24,484 - £25,674 per annum
- 1 x full time position
- 1 x part-time position (Salary pro-rata)
The Role:
A highly motivated, pro-active and experienced person is required to provide administration support within a busy Faculty office. You will provide vital administration support in the delivery of specialist administration and business support systems within a designated Faculty.
To assist with all administrative and organisational tasks associated with the provision of the College administration service, in particular the maintenance of an efficient and effective timetable and register system.
To support the Head of Faculty as designated in the delivery of an efficient and effective administration and business support service, i.e. diary appointments, minutes of meetings, contacting students and parents as required and day-to-day administrative tasks.
