A leading Manchester-based Residential Property Developer is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their growing in-house team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the property sales process from reservation through to completion. This role focuses on ensuring efficient sales progression, maintaining relationships with appointed lawyers and sales distributors, and handling the financial aspects of each transaction - working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely sales closures.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in property sales or sales progression, ideally in residential or new-build developments.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple sales at various stages.
