Smile Digital are pleased to be working with an award-winning PR agency looking to bring in an experienced Account Manager.
As an Account Manager, you will oversee the daily management of client accounts, ensuring goals are achieved and met. It will be down to you to manage the full account lifecycle, building client trust, managing expectations and contributing towards new business development.

What you'll do as an Account Manager:
- Serve as the main client contact, delivering day-to-day consultancy, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth account operations
- Lead client meetings, produce contact reports, and ensure timely follow-up on actions and deliverables
- Develop and execute PR content, including press releases and marketing copy, while supporting crisis communications and event management
- Contribute creative ideas and strategic input to add value for clients and strengthen relationships
- Support business growth through new business development, pitching, and identifying opportunities
