As the Technical Sales Manager, based in our QHE head office and as part of the management team, you will own proposal and estimating activities for QH FLUID INTELLIGENCEâ„¢ at a global level in line with our corporate sales strategy, as well as managing the spare parts business activities and team. Working closely with the global sales and engineering colleagues is a key role to continue to help our customers build a better future, together.
QH FLUID INTELLIGENCEâ„¢ offers a cutting-edge digital and automated solution. It delivers real-time monitoring and control of fluid performance and costs, benefiting our customers by improving production efficiency and sustainability. This technology reduces waste, minimises risks, and lowers the total cost of ownership.
Management and ownership of primary delivery functions and key processes within Equipment Sales, Spares and Services. Work with the Global QH sales and QHE Engineering teams to produce comprehensive estimates and technical proposal documents in line with customer requirements and applicable regulations for bespoke capital equipment and service sales.
Manage costing records, order entry and sales administration systems, etc. Ensure pricing and contractual terms follow profitability and cash flow goals, liaising with suppliers, sales team or direct customer contact as required.
Assisting in the development of standardised methods, tools, and documentation manuals, to improve cost estimation and proposal production. Any chemical process knowledge is a plus. Understanding technical client specifications is a must including being familiar with design software and drawing interpretation.
