We have been retained by a key client of ours in the fenestration sector to source and secure a Sales Manager for their Northwest region. Our client is looking for a proactive and innovative Sales Manager to deliver on their sales strategy.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering on the growth strategy with key focus placed on new business
- Ensuring a consultative technical sale
- Expanding existing accounts due to the introduction of new products into their range
- Opening new accounts
Experienced in selling a fenestration product, either windows or doors. You will be well versed in consultative sales, rather than off the shelf selling. You will be an excellent communicator and will be proactive in your approach. You will be hungry, driven and tenacious in your approach but will still want to perform as part of a team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established yet expanding organisation. You will be rewarded with a salary of between £40,000 and £60,000 DOE as well as car and uncapped OTE.
