I am partnering with a well-established and privately owned property investment and development company for a search to find a Client-Side Property Surveyor & Asset Manager to join their growing team in Leeds. This is a rare opportunity for an MRICS-qualified professional to take full responsibility for a mixed-use portfolio across Yorkshire, including office, industrial, and retail assets.
The role offers significant autonomy and hands-on involvement across asset management, leasing, development projects, and strategic value creation—making it ideal for someone looking to broaden their impact in a client-side environment.
The successful candidate will bring a solid background in property and asset management, with experience managing lease events, coordinating refurbishments, handling tenant liaison, and contributing to acquisitions and development of assets. This is a dynamic role suited to a proactive and commercially aware surveyor who thrives on variety, responsibility, and making a tangible difference to portfolio performance.
A strong sense of initiative and confidence coming from previous client-side experience will be key to contribute from day one; however, I am open to hearing from professionals with different experience within Real Estate also.
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 + Package
