About the Role:

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding teaching and learning in Leadership and Management? Would you like to help aspiring professionals develop their careers while advancing your own expertise in a quality-focused environment? This could be the ideal opportunity for you! We are recruiting on behalf of a leading independent Apprenticeship Training Provider and End-Point Assessment Organisation. Specialising in Leadership & Management standards from Level 3 to Level 5, they are expanding their delivery team due to continued growth.

As a Leadership & Management Tutor, you will plan, deliver, and assess a blended programme of workshops and online learning that supports apprentices in building the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to succeed in their roles and End-Point Assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver inspiring, interactive learning through a mix of in-person workshops and remote live online sessions, ensuring coverage of Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) for the apprenticeship standard.
  • Create and adapt schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment activities aligned to Leadership & Management apprenticeships at Levels 3, 4, and 5.
  • Apply a range of apprenticeship-specific teaching strategies to embed workplace relevance, active learning, and reflective practice.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting British Values, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and Safeguarding throughout the curriculum.
  • Support learners through individualised teaching methods, ensuring additional learning needs are met where appropriate.
  • Deliver contextualised learning experiences linked to the apprentices roles, preparing them for real-world leadership responsibilities.
  • Provide clear, timely, and developmental feedback on learner work to drive progression and readiness for End-Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Maintain accurate records of learner attendance, engagement, and progression, following funding and compliance guidelines.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement processes, participating in standardisation meetings and curriculum development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience delivering Leadership & Management apprenticeships, ideally up to Level 5.
  • Excellent teaching, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to deliver both face-to-face and remotely.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of apprenticeship standards, End-Point Assessment requirements, and the ESFA apprenticeship funding rules.
  • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., AET, CET, DET, PGCE) and/or Assessor qualification (CAVA or equivalent).
  • A Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management (e.g., ILM, CMI) or significant equivalent vocational experience.
  • Familiarity with e-portfolio platforms such as OneFile (desirable).
  • Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills, with a learner-centred approach.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining sector knowledge.
