Role: IT Field Engineer (End User devices)
Location: Portsmouth + travel to various Hampshire sites using company vehicle
Rate: £33,300 + On-call payments + Excellent Employee Benefits

The Role: To provide a reliable and swift field-based service for the installation and support of all end user ICT and voice devices across the Hampshire county.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- 4+ years' experience in IT equipment set-up/installation, repair and connectivity to networks
- 1st line technical support and some 2nd line triage for IT kit and connectivity
- Experience in a field-based role travelling to locations daily
- Excellent customer service skills / communication skills
- Desktop skills to include setting up Users connectivity to Windows 10 and/or 11, in addition to Azure, Intune and building / provisioning laptops
- Experience responding to service tickets and responding within SLAs
- Confident communication skills, both with end Users and third-party suppliers
- Clean and current UK driving license and willingness to use company vehicle to travel for frequent travel to sites
Eligibility for Security Clearance and Police vetting (NPPV3) is essential.
You MUST be a full-time Resident of the UK and have the right to work in the UK without the need for VISA sponsorship. You need to have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years without any extended periods outside of the UK in that time in order to be eligible for the required level of security vetting (NPPV3).
