Our Assistant Managers are responsible for driving their business, supporting and developing highly engaged teams and delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring our customer is at the centre of everything we do.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving KPI results across your store.

- Maintaining visual and operational excellence to maximise sales and create customer loyalty.
- Looking for opportunities to drive sales and increase profit.
- Deputising for Multi/Dual Site or Store Manager as required.
- Role modelling Brand standards to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Equipping teams to implement and maintain visual and trading guidelines.
- Using financial data and market knowledge to make commercial suggestions and decisions.
- Endorsing the importance of KPIs to ensure focus on achieving great results.
