Peregrine – RTD Recruitment Operations Specialist Location: Home based with travel into London office. Initially 9 -12 month Contract position Job Summary: The Recruitment Operations Specialist will be responsible for processing the onboarding, ensuring all RTD Specialist and Future Talent consultants are fully compliant to start at Peregrine. The Operations Specialist will ensure that processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the organisation\’s hiring goals. This role involves streamlining the onboarding process, managing tools and technologies and supporting the Operations Manager with high level projects.
