As a Device Analyst, you’ll manage and support our IT devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones, ensuring smooth operations and excellent user experiences. Your role will include: •Handle service desk tickets, resolve issues promptly, and provide timely updates while using feedback to improve service quality.•Maintain documentation, troubleshoot problems, and manage the lifecycle of devices, including upgrades and relocations.•Contribute to key projects, plan for technology changes, and support tasks like LAN patching and asset transitions.
