IT Security Engineer Hybrid working policy: 2 days per week in the office. DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf a leading global professional services firm who are looking for an IT Security Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis. This role will be joining as part of a team of 4 in Information Security and suite someone with 2+ years experience in IT Security / Cyber Security who is keen to progress their career. Responsibilities: – Monitor and operate the security tools to protect systems, such as anti-malware, network protection systems, and the SIEM tool. – Act as an information security escalation point for the IT Service Desk, and IT peers. – Respond to service tickets assigned to the information security team. – When required, effectively escalate service tickets or a discovered information security issue to senior members of the Information Security team. – Assist in the collection of the evidence and information needed to support the responses to client audits, or to ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
