My Client is seeking a proactive and technically astute Business Systems Analyst - Dynamics 365 to join their growing IT function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a systems expert with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (365BC) experience to support, optimize, and evolve business-critical platforms that drive operational success across a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-line support for finance and business systems, particularly 365BC
- Analyze and enhance existing systems to meet evolving business requirements
- Manage configurations, upgrades, and system integrations
- Ensure robust data governance, GDPR/DORA compliance, and system security
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions
- Support end-user training and create clear, effective documentation
- Contribute to regulatory reporting and system-driven business insights
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Finance
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
