A luxury fragrance brand is looking for an experienced Boutique Manager to be based in London.
The Role
As Boutique Manager, you’ll be leading a passionate and high-performing team to deliver world-class service to discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximise profitability.
- Establish and maintain operational procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the store.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members, providing ongoing coaching.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and take appropriate action to address performance issues.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures and preparing rotas and monthly payroll reports.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify trends and opportunities, and implement action plans to address challenges and capitalise on opportunities.
You will need:
- Previous experience in retail management (ideally for a beauty brand), with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
