7.5t Lorry Driver
Reports To: Distribution Manager
Hours: 40 Hours per week (Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm)
Salary: NEG + Bonus and incentive
The Role

Dreams and Sofatime are looking for a lorry driver to join our growing team for deliveries to our customers. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service, while maintaining high standards and working in line with our Company values at all times.
Main Accountabilities
- Delight our customers while following our REACH principles
- Ensure orders are wrapped, packed and tied in appropriately ensuring that products are delivered/collected in good condition
- Manage van helper, including how they conduct themselves during deliveries and during interactions with customers e.g. pre-calls etc
- Maintain vehicle by performing daily checks reporting any issues, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
- Assess planned driver delivery routes, make informed decisions and take action as necessary e.g. due to adverse weather
- Drive courteously, within legal limits and driving hours according to tachograph and do not use phone while driving
- Take responsibility for success of the delivery including careful consideration of the placement of product throughout customers' homes
- Report any accidents or incidents which may occur
- Maintain equipment
