Children and Young People Coordinator (Permanent)

Working closely with gallery services, Museum department, transport and storage teams this role will ensure a smooth transition with our clients for transport and storage of artworks. Co-ordination of Export, Import airfreight & roadfreight movements. Produce customs entries using Descartes e-Customs software. Assist in the application and implementation of the DEP & ETSF areas, including record management. Receive rates from airlines and work with colleagues on converting into orders. Competently operate Crozier Fine Arts internal database system. (Assist with incoming telephone calls. Work with transport to ensure works are transported safely, handled with care and to the highest standard. Training and assisting colleagues and other team members when necessary in compliance changes and updates. Complete inter warehouse transfers for Customs controlled goods. Recent experience in international shipping. GCSE maths and English as a minimum requirement.
