Insight Global are looking to hire a Project Manager for one of our leading banking clients. This role will be involved within the Asset Management Operations line of business. The AM Ops team sits within Investment operations which has primary responsibility for all aspects of portfolio migrations.

This role will be tasked with delivering attributes and requirements for compliance as part of a data integration project for a recent merger across trade accounts, positions and transaction data. Connecting with the senior PM to highlight potential delays within project and assist in resolution planning. A large component of the role will also be analysing large raw datasets to map legacy trader IDs onto in-house trade capture system for compliance surveillances.

Other responsibilities of the role include:

  • Assisting with workstream integration; deliverables including translating and implementing KPIs to KRIs for in scope functions.
  • Gap analysis of both line of defence and incident management frameworks between the two entities. Forming documentation to capture current state vs future state of frameworks to achieve process alignment.
  • Capture, document and visualise discussions and analysis work for Steerco presentations and ad-hoc senior management sign-offs.
  • Tasked with organising meetings, taking minutes and providing status reports regularly.
  • Working on the highest value project at the firm with extensive exposure to internal and external senior stakeholders.

This role is fully onsite, 5x per week based in central London. This position is a 6-Month contract with extensions.

Must haves:

  • 3-5 years previous experience as a Project manager from an Asset Management background.
  • Ability to present self-made project plans to senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor\’s degree.
  • Experience working within Operational Risk workstream integrations; translating and implementing deliverables.
  • Top 4 consultancy experience.

Plusses:

  • Good understanding of technical data feeds and reporting for an Asset Management portfolio.
  • Analysed large raw datasets to map legacy trader IDs onto in-house trade capture system for compliance surveillances.
