This is an entry level job for someone with good IT hardware skills and a full UK drivers licence, living around the FK, KY or DD postcode area.
The role will involve travelling in the company van to various retail shops all around Falkirk, Kirkaldy, Dundee area mainly to conduct on-site assessments and resolve issues relating to their EPOS and business systems including networks and back office servers.
This involves taking photographic evidence of issues found and then compiling the information into reports.
Reporting back to the helpdesk and management team and raising orders to undertake the repairs.
This is a Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 working week, but may require occasional weekend work if required (paid as overtime).
Starting salary is £24200 + Company Van with personal usage.
Full time PAYE role with pension, paid holidays and private health care.
