Our client, a dynamic and entrepreneurial growth equity firm is seeking to appoint an Investment Partner or Director to join its senior leadership team. The firm specialises in supporting ambitious founders across the lower-mid market Software, B2B, and B2C sectors. With a strong track record of delivering value through strategic capital and operational support, the firm is now entering a new phase of growth and looking for a proven investment professional to help shape its future.

The Investment Partner will take a leading role in originating and executing new investments, managing portfolio companies, and contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the firm. This individual will have significant autonomy, equity participation, and a seat at the table in helping build a high-performing investment platform.

  • Proactively identifies and builds relationships with high-potential businesses and founders across the Software, B2B, and B2C markets.
  • Investment Execution: Leads the full deal lifecycle, including due diligence, financial analysis, negotiation, and execution of investments.
  • Tracks market trends and emerging themes to inform investment strategy and develop proprietary deal flow.
  • Collaborates with the leadership team to shape firm culture, long-term goals, and future fundraising initiatives.

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in growth equity, private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting.

Proven track record in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments, ideally within the technology, Software, B2B/B2C sectors.

Strong network across the founder and investor ecosystem.

Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a lean, agile team.

Exposure to a high-quality deal pipeline and well-established founder relationships.
