Client Side Property Director (Commercial bias) - £100k+ - West Sussex

We are working with a long established, privately owned Property Investment & Development Company whose extensive Commercial & Residential Property holdings span the South East of England. With over 2 million square foot of commercial property alongside 100 residential units, they are now looking to appoint a seasoned Property Director as follows:

  • Office based role primarily (West Sussex), with visits to site/clients as required
  • Managing a team of 8 property/asset managers, providing leadership, technical guidance and decision making on key matters (reporting back directly to the board)
  • High specification commercial portfolio spanning offices, logistics, retail warehousing, industrial and trade counter premises
  • You will bring together considerable in-house expertise to ensure close working relationships with long term customers and other key stakeholders maintaining excellent rates of lease renewals across the portfolio
  • Ideally you will bring 10 years commercial (or mixed use) property management experience (the most recent 3 of which should have been at a similarly senior level) underpinned by a relevant professional qualification/membership
  • You will have in-depth knowledge/experience of commercial property management, landlord & tenant, service charge matters and team management
  • In addition to technical property and staff management skills, you will bring a gravitas and presence to make the portfolio your own whilst contributing to the growth and future success of an already £0.5 billion property business.

Salary for the successful Client Side Property Director will depend on experience and qualification but will start at up to (or just over) £100k with an extensive benefits package and unrivalled job security.
