Role Purpose: As the ESG Programmes Manager, you will support the development and implementation of effective ESG strategies, driving sustainability initiatives and ensuring compliance with global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine ESG frameworks and strategies.
- Contribute to climate targets and net-zero strategies.
- Implement sustainable supply chain strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive sustainability reports.
- Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training materials on ESG topics.
- Engage in community initiatives and ESG-related working groups.
Requirements:
- Degree in sustainability, environmental studies, ESG in business, or finance.
- Strong understanding and experience with ESG concepts and frameworks.
- Proven experience in leading ESG programmes in corporate environments.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SBTi, EU CSRD, GRI, BREEAM/LEED, and the GHG Protocol.
- Experience in data centre, construction, real estate, or software sectors is a plus.
