As a SAP S/4HANA Lead Trainer, you will leverage your extensive SAP consulting background to prepare, deliver, and follow up on comprehensive SAP/S4HANA trainings. Your expertise will support a global team of IT trainers, providing them with advanced knowledge, troubleshooting assistance, capacity planning, and upskilling opportunities. You will play a critical role in enhancing the overall training program, ensuring it aligns with modern, innovative methods while maintaining high standards of quality and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Support and Upskilling: Provide functional support to a global team of IT trainers, sharing advanced knowledge and troubleshooting expertise. Assist in capacity planning and upskilling efforts to ensure the team remains adept with the latest SAP/S4HANA functionalities.
- Training Development: Collaborate with other trainers to continuously improve existing training concepts, integrating innovative and modern training methods. Plan, prepare, and execute train-the-trainer sessions with ZEISS to-be trainers. Plan, prepare, and execute end-user training sessions and/or support ZEISS trainers in doing so.
- Effectiveness and Documentation: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning measures after implementation, document experiences, and communicate insights internally to foster continuous improvement.
- SAP-Expertise: Extensive experience in SAP or S/4HANA training and consulting, with a proven track record in the field of software and IT solutions. Implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA projects. Primary knowledge of SAP E2O/I2M will be critical for the role. Complimentary experience in R2R or L2C will be highly advantageous.
- Training Plan Development: Proficient in creating training plans and materials, coordinating, and implementing training concepts.
- Communication and Presentation: Exceptional hands-on mentality in communicating knowledge and content, with the ability to simplify and explain complex topics.
- Technical Know-How: Proficient across the entire Microsoft platform, especially Office and Teams. Experience working with SAP Enable Now during training execution.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in another language such as French, Chinese or German is an added advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of discrete industries is needed. Familiarity with mechanical engineering, high-tech, optics, and semiconductors is helpful.
- Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business and training purposes.
