About the Role
This is a completely new position in the business that has been created due to the changing nature of the events industry. It is no longer enough to simply design and deliver an event or brand activation; clients now demand a digital/social element to help amplify their message. That’s where you come in...
Working closely with both the client services and creative teams, you will advise on what channels are most effective for each client and event they run. For example, if they set up an experience for a drinks brand at a festival, you’ll generate coverage before, during, and after the event via TikTok, Instagram, X, etc. You’ll decide which social channels work best at each stage and help create the content required with the most effective messaging.
You will need:
- Experience in a digital/social media focused agency
- A thorough knowledge of the various social platforms and how they are best utilised
- The ability to think creatively and communicate a well thought out social strategy
- An outgoing, friendly personality that will allow you to build relationships quickly
- Ideally experience using third-party social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Social Pilot, etc.
What’s in it for you? Well, quite a bit actually...
- Enhanced Pension Scheme - Company will contribute 8% to your 1%
- 24 days holidays plus the normal bank holidays per annum
- A day off for your Birthday
- Christmas closure – usually closed for the 3 days between Christmas and New Year
- A hybrid working model – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home, utilising core hours
- WFA – Work from anywhere in the world for 4 weeks of the year
- Private medical insurance cover – employees are eligible to join upon the successful completion of their probation period
- Discretionary Bonus Scheme
- Life Assurance – 2 x salary
- Cycle to work scheme – so you can stay active on the commute
- Season ticket loan - upon successful completion of the probation period
- Dog friendly office
- Social events – weekly/monthly social events, including an epic Christmas Party
- BenefitHub - the world’s largest selection of employee discounts, voluntary benefits and rewards ranging from up to 40% off cinema tickets, savings on gift cards amongst lots of other offers and savings.
- Team weekends away Disneyland Paris, New York City, Wellness retreats and many more
- Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
- Weekly gym sessions
