We are working with a large organisation in Northamptonshire to recruit for three Liquidlogic Trainers.

Purpose of the job

You will be responsible for the delivery of training both on site and virtually to 1,200 staff in the use of the new Liquid Logic system. The successful candidates must have experience providing training and support for the Liquidlogic social care software or other Liquidlogic systems. This will involve teaching users how to use the software, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing training materials.

Essential

  • Liquid Logic experience is essential
  • Developing resources and materials, e.g. briefing packs, e-learning, this is for the new IT system they will implement.
  • Change management.
  • Virtual floor walking.
