Location Rochester, Kent

Salary – £50,000 basic + Great package

Hours (Monday Friday, days only)

kills required for the role of Engineering Team Leader –

Leading a team of shift engineers

Developing the team

Guide and develop the team to continuously improve machine availability and effectiveness

Maintenance and repairs on production machinery

Ensuring H&S procedures are followed

Provide technical support when required

Flexibility to work extra hours when needed.
