An opportunity has arisen for a Flat Roofing Estimator to join the team based in Pembridge. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,500 per annum.
As our Flat Roofing Estimator, you will be required to produce formal estimates which are in line with current market conditions, competitive and commercially attractive.

Your responsibilities as our Flat Roofing Estimator:
Reporting to the Senior Estimator, you will provide budget costs and formal quotations based on a variety of information. You will ensure the costs are in line with the information specified and are commercially viable and competitive.
What we are looking for in our Flat Roofing Estimator:
You will need to have good arithmetic skills, ideally have some construction and building knowledge, and you will need to develop an understanding of route to market and contractual chains. Knowledge of AutoCAD would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. This role will require attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and to deadlines. You will need to demonstrate a high level of numerical proficiency and be a team player to succeed as our Flat Roofing Estimator.
