Interim Change & Communications Lead – 12 Months+
HW Interim Solutions are looking to appoint an Interim Change & Communications Lead on a day rate contract for a consumer business. You will play a key role in navigating a period of change & transformation and managing all aspects of communication globally across the business.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned interim change management specialist, with strong expertise in people-focused change, communications, and a demonstrable history of project management experience, coupled with deep expertise of People strategy.
This role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead, whilst being hands on.
This opportunity is offered on a 12-month+ day rate contract outside IR35.
