TSR Legal have fantastic opportunities with a leading firm with new offices in Swansea (with parking) who are looking for Residential Conveyancers / Solicitors / Fee Earners (June and July Start dates) due to natural growth.
You should be able to run your own residential conveyancing files from initial instruction to completion independently and be adept at dealing with both sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold matters.
If you are able to deal with 50-70 files, I'd love to hear from you. You need to have good client facing skills and have a can-do attitude.
