With an exceptional reputation for quality, innovation, and complex project delivery, they are now seeking a Technical Services Manager to join their elite project team on a £100m+ flagship commercial office fit out . This is a rare opportunity to be part of one of the most high-profile developments in London’s commercial real estate sector. As Technical Services Manager , you will be a key figure in the successful delivery of the MEP services package. You’ll manage technical coordination, design compliance, programme integration and subcontractor performance to ensure high-quality and efficient execution across the building services scope.
