Our client is a well established manufacturer of wooden products for the building industry. Founded over a century ago, they are the acknowledged market leaders in timbre doors and windows. The ROLE
Due to continued sustained growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Design Engineer, to design, refine and optimise products. Working closely with sales and design teams to provide technical support for customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Design and Development
  • Create CAD models, drawings, and specifications
  • Process Optimisation: improve design and production processes
  • Quality Assurance

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Technical Design Engineer possessing the ambition to forge a career within a successful expanding construction company. You will possess the following:

  • Experience in architectural, structural, or building engineering
  • Strong CAD skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Team-oriented
  • Well educated in mechanical, industrial, or a related engineering field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of CNC programming would be helpful but not essential

SALARY: £35-£40K Depending on Experience

LOCATION: This role is commutable from: Boston, Donington, Sleaford, Pinchbeck, Bourne, Rippingale, Holbeach, Grantham
