We are looking for an experienced Configuration & Build Analyst to join a large-scale Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation programme at one of our NHS partner organisations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital health delivery, ideally with hands-on experience across one or more leading EPR platforms. Interpret clinical and operational design into accurate system configuration Collaborate closely with clinical informatics, project teams, and suppliers Document configuration decisions and support version control processes Assist in preparation for testing, training, and go-live cutover activities Previous configuration/build experience on a major EPR programme (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, System C, etc.) Work alongside some of the UK’s most respected healthcare transformation experts Access to long-term programmes and ongoing associate opportunities across NHS and private sector healthcare Flexible working and real-world impact If you’re passionate about improving digital healthcare and want to be part of something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
