We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, 15-person start-up based in Victoria WeWork — think scrappy, hands-on, and directly plugged in with the CEO and CFO. The team is looking for a creative marketing all-rounder who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work closely with a newly hired sales teammate.

This is a hybrid role (3 days in office) where you’ll have the freedom to bring bold ideas to life without layers of red tape, all while being part of a company with big ambitions. We’re after someone with experience across events, content creation, email marketing, and short-form video editing (behind the camera is totally fine!).

You’ll report directly to a highly respected marketing leader with a strong track record of mentoring talent. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across the full marketing mix and contribute meaningfully to the company’s growth story.

The role offers up to £45,000 and a clear path to progress into a Head of Marketing position in the coming years. If you’re a proactive, creative thinker with a background in digital marketing and a desire to shape something from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.
