A medium sized Building Consultancy, who have a proud habit of putting Building Surveyors through their APC/ Chartership, is now looking for a confident and experienced Building Surveyor to join their West London team. The Building Surveyor will have a hybrid option. The Building Surveyor Role Working within the Residential markets, you can expect to work on home buyer surveys, condition surveys, dilapidation’s and technical due diligence. APC mentors will be provided, and they currently have a 98% pass rate. You can expect to be working across mainly central London, providing services on prestigious residential buildings, but also mid-range residential houses and apartments. Projects range between £500k – £4m.
