Contracts Manager Flooring | Stratford-upon-Avon | £40,000+ | Full-Time, Permanent
Are you an experiencedContracts Managerwith a background in flooring, construction, or estimating? An established and reputable flooring business in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a proactive and organisedContracts Managerto join their growing team.
Working from their Stratford-based office, the successfulContracts Managerwill be responsible for managing domestic quotations and new build contracts from start to finish ensuring a smooth transition from initial enquiry to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Visit client sites to take accurate measurements

Prepare and submit detailed quotations for flooring contracts

Oversee multiple jobs, ensuring timely and high-quality execution

Negotiate with suppliers and liaise with sales representatives

Identify new business opportunities and manage relationships effectively
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Proven experience as aContracts Manageror in a similar project-based role
-
GCSE-level education or equivalent
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
-
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
-
Knowledge of MeasureSquare software (or similar) is an advantage

A full, clean UK driving licence is essential
