Architect – Residential Projects
My client is a large, award-winning architecture firm with a commitment to applying sustainable design as much as possible within practice projects. Position Overview:
The role would suit motivated Architect with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience to join the residential team. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury multiple unit residential projects with proficiency in Revit. Experience with UK projects, practice and construction knowledge is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on large-scale luxury residential projects from concept through completion, with the opportunity to engage in commercial and hospitality projects in the future.
- Collaborate with Senior team members, design and project management teams to develop creative and functional solutions.
- Produce and manage detailed design drawings, documentation, and specifications using Revit.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements:
- RIBA or ARB Registered.
- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in large scale high-end residential projects.
- Proficiency in Revit software.
