MotivatePT is on a mission to help women and employees feel strong, confident, and empowered through personal training and wellness. As we grow, we’re looking for an Operations Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves people, and knows how to bring structure, energy, and solutions to a growing business.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll work closely with the founder and team to improve operations, keep clients happy, and drive performance across the board.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and manage day-to-day client operations, including onboarding, retention, and resolving queries or disputes
- Communicate with empathy and authority, turning tricky conversations into long-term loyalty
- Support and enhance our client and trainer journey—from enquiry to booking and beyond
- Spot and solve operational inefficiencies; we want someone who sees problems before they arise
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to help close leads and get people excited about joining MotivatePT
- Drive quality and attention to detail across all processes
- Contribute ideas and energy to help us scale and grow smarter
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years in a client-facing or operations role (bonus if in health, wellness, or fitness)
- Experience managing customer issues, difficult conversations, and turning around unhappy clients
- Confident in sales—whether that’s converting leads, booking meetings or upselling with impact
- Incredibly organised with an eye for detail and follow-through
- Can work across platforms, and CRM's
- A natural problem solver and quick learner who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- University degree (or equivalent experience)

- You’ve worked in a small business or startup and love being hands-on
- You have a passion for wellness, fitness, or women’s health
Hours & Location:
- Part-time (8:30am–1pm) or Full-time
- Remote working with occasional in-person meetings, minimum of twice monthly (London-based a plus)
