This dynamic Publishing / Event Management Company in Central London is looking for an experienced Credit Control Manager to join its team and lead its credit control department.
Key tasks include:
- Lead and manage the credit control team of four through implementation and monitoring of KPIs.
- Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage the collection of outstanding invoices.
- Assess and evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
- Set and review credit limits based on financial analysis and payment history.
- Reduce debtor days and minimise bad debts.
- Liaise with clients regarding overdue payments and resolve account queries.
- Work closely with Sales and Finance teams to ensure smooth credit processes.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable, aged debt, and cash flow projections.
- Recommend and manage legal actions or debt recovery procedures when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
