Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Private networks. We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.
What will you be doing?
- You'll be responsible for overseeing the design management procedures for our construction contracts from contract award until project completion.
- You'll be overseeing the production, maintenance, and implementation of a design programme.
- You'll be approving design intent documents and technical deviation requests.
- You'll be chairing design review meetings and attending hazard review meetings, ensuring pre-construction hazard information is considered and mitigated.
- You'll be completing relevant sections of design intent documents and submitting design packages for compliance audits.
- Managing design changes in accordance with the design change management process and ensuring proposed equipment is suitable and compliant with technical specifications.
- You'll be planning, managing, and monitoring design works, ensuring health and safety aspects are coordinated.

- Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
