You will work as part of a small engineering team focussed on developing and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The client is an innovative health-tech company based in London, that is developing unique technology to radically improve the way mental health conditions are assessed and identified, to help more people get the mental health support they need, sooner. They are committed to delivering outstanding products and services to support healthcare professionals with more efficient treatment and care pathway planning.

Their platform guides users through a series of questions, to build a detailed picture of their mental health symptoms and concerns. Through this patient-reported information capture, they create a clinician report to support clinical decision making, reducing time spent and costs on information gathering and manual processes, for people to get the right help faster.

  • Demonstrate empathy for users, which is particularly important as we aim to improve things for clinicians and patients.
  • You are resourceful and know how to prioritise what’s important vs what can wait later.
  • You have a predisposition to thrive in a startup environment where there is the opportunity to have a significant impact on the product and business, and ambiguity and uncertainty is high.
