Exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist. Are you a qualified Clinical Psychologist with at least four years of post-doctoral experience in neuropsychiatry, neuropsychology, and/or services for older people?

About the Role: This position involves working with individuals who have organic conditions such as dementia, Huntington’s disease, alcohol-related brain damage, and acquired brain injury. The patients often present with behavioural and psychological symptoms, including challenging behaviours. The team is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care and is looking for an experienced, innovative, and values-driven individual to join them.

  • Be part of a comprehensive multidisciplinary team including Senior Nurses, Medics, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Dietitians.
  • Provide clinical leadership, support, training, and consultancy to staff teams.
  • Supervise trainee clinical psychologists and contribute to service development.
  • Access to support from multidisciplinary colleagues and opportunities for research and networking.
  • Strong links with local clinical training courses and academic centres.
  • Specialist training in Neuropsychology.
  • Open to flexible working arrangements and negotiable hours.
