Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, delivering insightful financial analysis and commercial challenge
  • Lead the development of robust financial models to support planning, forecasting, and investment decisions
  • Transform complex financial data into actionable insights to drive informed decision-making
  • Spearhead finance business partnering initiatives across multiple functions
  • Play a key role in strategic projects and change initiatives, ensuring finance is a driver of business success

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / ICAS / ICAEW) with strong commercial finance experience
  • Proven track record in a senior finance or business partnering role within a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
  • A proactive and dynamic mindset with the ability to drive positive change and deliver tangible results
