What We're Looking For:
- Must have at least 12 months' experience in education recruitment
- Proven billing history and ability to manage a 360 recruitment desk
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car (school visits required)
- Passion for the education sector and making a difference

What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and grow a warm desk, placing teaching and support staff into primary, secondary, SEND schools and nurseries.
- Build strong relationships with schools and education professionals.
- Conduct school visits, client meetings, and candidate interviews.
- Drive business development to expand your client base.
- Work towards individual and team revenue targets in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Hours: Hybrid working 2/3 days home/office. Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 4:30pm. Friday, 7am - 4.00pm (Reduced hours during school holidays).
