Blue Arrow Bristol are recruiting Furniture Makers / Assemblers to work for our client based in Clevedon (BS21). The roles are temp to perm - after being employed by Blue Arrow for the first 12 weeks you will receive a permanent contract directly with the client.
You will be working from 8am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday with potential opportunities for overtime. The pay rates for this role vary depending on experience and will be between £13 - £16 per hour. Overtime is paid at time and a half.
Job Role:- Assembling furniture items
- Using hand and power tools
- Reading CAD/PDF drawings
- Goods in
- General housekeeping
- Other tasks in the workshop as and when required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing (ideally woodwork) role is necessary
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good technical skills and attention to detail
- Forklift driving experience is preferred
