If you're an experienced SEO professional who lives and breathes data-led strategy—and you know that rankings are only as valuable as the leads they generate—this is your opportunity to step into a high-impact role with a growing digital-first business. This client is a fast-paced and forward-thinking company, as their new SEO Manager, you'll lead a small, focused SEO team with one goal: turn organic search into a serious business growth channel.

Responsibilities & day to day duties of a SEO Manager:

  • Lead and mentor a team of SEO Specialists and a Digital PR Executive to deliver measurable results.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance daily, identifying key trends and commercial opportunities.
  • Own the keyword and content optimisation strategy focused on lead generation and conversions.
  • Work cross-functionally with content, dev and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices.
  • Champion proactive technical SEO, flagging issues and collaborating with developers on fixes.
  • Drive digital PR and backlink campaigns to increase domain authority and visibility.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates and develop data-driven responses to maintain performance.

Skills & experience required:

  • Proven experience leading or mentoring an SEO team in a commercially focused environment.
  • Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page and technical SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and Looker Studio.
  • Confident using data to make decisions, report outcomes, and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience optimising web content for structure, search intent and conversions.
  • Clear understanding of Core Web Vitals and the wider role of SEO in digital marketing.
