The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
We have an opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join an established advisory team in London.
You will be joining a strong team of c.12 Transaction Services professionals amongst the wider corporate finance team.
A large part of your work will be buy-side transactions, working with some of the leading PE houses in London, strategic buyers, banks and other financial investors The team is sector agnostic but has extensive experience working with tech-enabled businesses and a strong international offering.
As an Assistant Manager you will:
- Manage the due diligence transaction process ,co-ordinating with other advisors as needed
- Work across multiple transactions at any one time, with the support of the Partners
- Help prepare and deliver well-structured and concise due diligence reports
- Contribute to initial scoping meetings with clients, highlighting key areas that the due diligence needs to address
- Co-ordinate information and input from other teams that may be involved in the transaction process
- Manage junior members of the team
- Be proactive in client development / business development activities
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Accountant
- Have worked in transaction services for a minimum of 1 year within a professional services environment, ideally within another Top 20 accountancy firm.
- Have worked on transactions in the lower-mid-market space, including clients such as owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and SMEs.
