Pearse Partners has partnered with a bulge bracket investment bank looking to expand their Consumer & Retail IB team. The team has an extremely active deal flow and are looking to expand to provide support to deal teams. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years M&A deal experience – either from another IB or an accountancy firm.
Key responsibilities:
- Execution of transactions (M&A)
- Manage and mentor juniors within the team
- Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM's, preparing pitch presentations and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
- Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships
Ideal Background:
- 3+ years working in an Investment Banking/Big 4 environment
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
