We have been retained by a federal contractor, a leader building military projects throughout the world, to find a results-driven Director of Operations (DOO) to drive the execution of company strategy across large regions and major programs. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the DOO will oversee multiple project executives and teams, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, client satisfaction, and performance goals.

- Oversee Project Executives, setting metrics and ensuring successful delivery.
- Collaborate with Proposals, Estimating, and Business Development teams on winning bids.
