Position Overview:
Due to growth, our client is currently looking to recruit a Senior Associate Solicitor from 7 years PQE, to join their award winning Property Disputes team.
Due to growth, our client is currently looking to recruit a Senior Associate Solicitor from 7 years PQE, to join their award winning Property Disputes team.
Experience of dealing with –
- Residential & Commercial Property disputes
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Boundary disputes
- Possession claims
- Lease renewals
- Preparing trial bundles and progressing and managing cases to trial
Candidate Requirements:
- Solicitor of England & Wales
- Extensive experience in property litigation matters
- Minimum of 7 years PQE
- Be technically strong
- Experience gained within a reputable law firm
