Reporting To: Logistics Team Lead
Location: Liverpool Office

We are a British healthcare software development company that build and deliver market leading applications in the integrated care record and population health sector. Following recent successes of our solutions, we’re looking to expand and continue to innovate in our space.

• Setting up new equipment for deployment.
• Correct handing and correct storage of equipment. This will include some manual handling
  including lifting and moving equipment and stock.
• Accurate recording of equipment information and movement tracking.
• Servicing returned equipment including minor repairs and fault finding.
• Handling of incoming surface mail.
• Maintaining the security, integrity and confidentiality of data and information to which they are
  provided access during the course of their work.
• Supporting staff with administration tasks.
• General office duties as directed by senior staff.
• Maintain an awareness and actively comply with the current Information Governance (IG) and
  Information Security (IS) standards and policies in force at Graphnet Health Limited.
• Achieve the required standard when examined, following mandatory in house or role specific
  online training.
• Good IT skills including:
  – General use of Windows based PCs, the Internet and email;
  – The use of Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel.
  – Familiarity with Android based product.
• Good organisational skills.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Well organised and presentable to customers.
• Able to talk with customers on the phone and face-to-face.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and within a team.
